About Gilbert Brown

Gilbert, one of four children, was born to Ann and LeRoy Brown. LeRoy III was the oldest, then Gilbert, followed by the twins - Carlos and Carla - and then Joann.

Gilbert has three children: Jamal, Jesse and Jada. Jamal at 13, is a nose tackle/offensive line football player.  

As a Green Bay Packer, Gilbert felt he could learn a lot about life and football from Reggie White.  

He is an observer who likes to "people watch". With people like Reggie, Santana Dotson, Sean Jones, and Brett Favre, Gilbert had some great ones to interact with and watch.  

Gilbert, with the strong influence of his mother and family, feels he wants to give something back to the community so he started his foundation which helps inner-city kids, and many other causes such as Breast Cancer and Make A Wish.  

Gilbert also loves racing. He is currently involved with the Milwaukee Mile Race Track.
